A replacement of the same item could be requested if the following conditions apply:
1. The item is damaged, please email us a photograph of the damaged art: info@siddharthadas.com.
2. The request for the replacement is made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
3. The art prints must be returned in the original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
4. You are responsible for the shipping of the damaged item back to us.
5. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
6. We can merely arrange a replacement for the same damaged item(s) within 7 business days after receiving the damaged item(s), a refund is not possible.
