EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
A replacement of the same print could be requested if the following conditions applied:
1. The art print is damaged during the shipping.
2. The request for the replacement is made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Please send us an email to email@example.com when you have received a damaged item including a picture before returning it.
3. The art prints must be returned in the original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
1. You are responsible for the shipping of the damaged item back to us.
2. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
3. We can only arrange a replacement for the damaged items, a refund is not applicable.
On receipt of the damaged item, we will arrange the replacement of the same print within 7 working days.
